    PURE Digital launches tri-band international DAB digital radio
    UK-based PURE Digital has announced the PURE EVOKE-1XT Tri-Band DAB digital radio, a special international edition of the market leading DAB radio. This model adds several enhanced features specifically for international users, including: Band III and L-band DAB reception; FM with RDS; support for a wide selection of European languages (English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian).

    PURE already sells its current product range in those worldwide territories that broadcast on DAB Band-III. The new EVOKE-1XT Tri-Band and PocketDAB® 2000 will also be usable in the remaining European countries, including France and Germany, which broadcast on both Band-III and L-Band.

    EVOKE-1XT Tri-Band will be available from summer 2005 for £119.99 / €179.99.
