    New Orleans' WWL currently simulcast on shortwave
    The New Orleans station WWL 870 is currently being simulcast on shortwave by WHRI. The tentative schedule, employing a split feed from a 250KW transmitter to two antennas to cover North America, is as follows (all times UTC, days local):

    Monday
    0300-0500 on 5835 kHz

    Tuesday-Friday
    0500-1100 on 5835 kHz, 1200-1400 on 11785 kHz, 1400-2000 on 15285 kHz, 2200-2400 on 9840 kHz

    Saturday
    0500-1200 on 5835 kHz, 1400-1700 on 15285 kHz, 2300-2400 on 9840 kHz, 2400-0200 and 0300-0500 on 5835 kHz

    Sunday
    0500-1200 on 5835 kHz, 1400-1700 and 1800-2200 on 15285 kHz
