Loggings for 30th april:

15.725 Khz Mi amigo radio can be heard every saturday on this frequency with good reception coming in off the IRRS (Italian Radio Relay Service)

6.210/4.025 khz Lazer Hot Hits-not much could be said for the reception to much fuzz.

6.605 khz Aviation weather heard this around 1:00 am this morning (uk time) giving out numbers weather etc.

CJML 580 In Winnipeg On The Air For Two Weeks In May

CJML 580 in Winnipeg on the air for two weeks in MayA temporary radio station will be launched in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, on May 1st.
CJML will be broadcasting for two weeks on 580 kHz mediumwave.
CJML commemorates the 60th Anniversary of Victory in Europe Day in the Second World War.
The calls CJML stand for Come Journey Down Memory Lane and programming consists mostly of wartime memories and music.

Subject: May 1st broadcast

Dear FRS Friends,

Just before the start of a new (and warm) weekend I'd like to tell you
that
another FRS-Holland broadcast is planned to go on air next Sunday May
1st.
The broadcast will be aired over the powerful Latvian 9290 facility. We
start at 07.52 UTC and close down is at approx. 11.57 UTC. That means a
full 4 hour broadcast !
One important remark: today we were informed by our Latvia contact that
still no FRS programmes were received (although we forwarded them last
week).
The bad scenario is the package will not reach its destination before
this
weekend and in that case it has been agreed that the broadcast will be
moved to Sunday May 8th (same time slot).
A very comprehensive FRS E-News will be out either tomorrow (in case
the
package arrives in time) or early next week.
Important: all mail from November 14th 2004 (our 24th anniversary
broadcast) has been answered and letters have been forwarded. Watch
your
mailbox in the upcoming days...
