Over on www.radio390.org Ted Allbeury, novelist, founder Of Radio 390 1965 - 1967
died on Sunday December 4, 2005, aged 88.

Oh and one thing i do know without trailing the web is yes! BigL radio london is still not back on 1395 mw in europe...but we knew that all ready ..

NTL deal puts Radio Caroline into 100,000 Irish homes/New Magazine

UK-based satellite broadcaster Radio Caroline can now be heard in 100,000 homes in Dublin, Galway and Waterford thanks to a deal with cable operator NTL. The service is available on channel 927. NTL holds the cable television licence for the Dublin, Galway and Waterford areas and has recently upgraded its cable network to carry digital services.

Sir Jimmy Saville Xmas Day Show

Veteran broadcaster Sir Jimmy Savile is coming out of retirement to host his own radio show in a one off Christmas Day special for the Real Radio network.One of the UKs most loved broadcasters, now in his late 70s, will take to the airwaves for a three hour Christmas morning show – Jimmy Savile’s Real Christmas Day Travels – between 10am & 1pm.
