This news item comes from: http://medianetwork.blogspot.com The best radio of the Netherlands on 747 AM From Monday 1 August, Dutch public broadcaster 747 AM begins a series of programmes featuring the highlights of 80 years of Dutch radio history called "The Best Radio of the Netherlands." The programme is broadcast Mon-Fri for the next five weeks at 0800-1000 UTC, and will be hosted by Klaas Drupsteonder who also talks to some of the people who made the programmes. To accompany the series (which, of course, is in Dutch), a special website has been set up by RadioFreak, one of the leading Dutch media news sites. By means of www.debesteradio.nl listeners can listen to the programmes and audio fragments, and react in several ways to share their opinions about radio. The site will serve as a link between the producers and listeners. The programmes will cover a wide range of topics. Each week's selection will have a theme. The chosen themes are: Entertainment Documentaries and research Interviews Radio of the future Historical radio De Beste Radio van Nederland # posted by Andy @ 10:15 UTC |
